Low-Carb, V-Lean-Friendly Pancakes

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender
  • Add butter to frying pan and heat until melted
  • Pour 3 tbls batter per pancake and turn over once the center begins to bubble 
  • Top with cinnamon and Choczero syrup and serve immediately

Notes

I double or triple this recipe every time I make them.  Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days and reheat in toaster oven or microwave for a quick on-the-go breakfast or snack
