Low-Carb, V-Lean-Friendly Pancakes

Equipment
Ingredients
- ½ cup Almond Flour
- 1 tbsp Almond Flour
- ½ cup Cream Cheese
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Butter for frying
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a blender
- Add butter to frying pan and heat until melted
- Pour 3 tbls batter per pancake and turn over once the center begins to bubble
- Top with cinnamon and Choczero syrup and serve immediately
Notes
I double or triple this recipe every time I make them. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days and reheat in toaster oven or microwave for a quick on-the-go breakfast or snack
