Vitality Anti-Aging Center's Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment to allow ample time to check-in and complete intake paperwork. A 20% Booking Fee will be required for new patients when you schedule your appointment. $425 Booking Fee for Filler, $500 Booking Fee for Threads, and a $100 Booking Fee for Botox.

Due to the nature of our business, and the spa atmosphere, We ask that you do not bring children under the age of 12 to your visit.

If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests. Abbreviated treatments are charged at full value.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy on all services. Late cancellations are subject to a $50 fee or 50% of the service value, whichever is greater. Missed appointments are charged at full value. We understand that emergencies and things come up that may be out of your control but if you have more than one missed appointment without proper notice, we reserve the right to require prepayment for future appointments.

We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest and greatest technology. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, we will automatically give patients the discount of greater value at the time of purchase. We offer clients one complimentary consultation per year and any other consultations thereafter will be a $50 Booking Fee.

Because our practice also includes elective aesthetic medicine, we do not bill insurance. Payment in full is expected at the time of service, all labs will be filed with Labcorp and you will be billed the remainder of any lab charges through them. All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept cash, Visa®, MasterCard®, Care Credit™, Amex, Discover, and Vitality gift cards; personal checks with proper ID are accepted. Returned checks will be subject to a $30 NSF fee and we reserve the right to refuse check payments if you have had returned checks in the past.

Gift cards may be used toward any service or product offered at Vitality (some restrictions may apply). Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

Services: We do not offer refunds on services rendered even if you are disappointed in the result or unhappy with the outcome.

Products: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Products may be returned for in-store credit within 7 days from the date of purchase when there is a documented allergic reaction to the product.

Defective products (i.e., a broken pump) may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase for the same product only.

By federal law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on prescription products for any reason.
